Data Ownership
All data within the BGNU app is solely owned, managed, and controlled by the administrators of Baba Guru Nanak University (BGNU). The BGNU app acts merely as a digital interface and does not claim ownership over any user data.
Account Deletion Policy
Automatic Deletion: Student accounts are automatically deactivated and deleted upon graduation, and faculty/staff accounts are removed upon resignation or leaving the institution.
Data Security and Encryption
We prioritize your data safety. All user data—including chat messages and uploaded documents—transmitted between the app and servers is encrypted in transit using secure connections (HTTPS/SSL). Access to communication logs is restricted to authorized institutional systems.
Third-Party Sharing

Account and Data Deletion
